摘要
生产要素对经济增长的贡献的测度大多采用增长速度方程的方法,本研究认为这种计算方法在实际应用中有其不合理的方面,综合要素生产率应定义为总产出与总投入之比。如果总产出由生产函数测定,则总要素生产率水平表示为产出因变量与各种投入自变量构成的关系式之比。至此,基于生产函数,应用指数体系原理构造总产出指数体系为总产出指数等于综合要素生产率指数与投入要素指数连乘积,据此计算各生产要素对总产出的贡献。本研究利用该方法对新疆近期生产要素对农业增长贡献进行了测算。
The measure of the countribution of production factors to economic increase normally takes the method of rate increase fuction.The product rate of the integrated factor which is the measure of technical improvement is calculated by increase rate funation.The paper belives that the calculation method has some unrational aspects in its application,First,The temaider includes some random disturbing fators. Secondly,This culculation lost the meaning of integrated product rate. The paper belives that product rate of integrated factor should be defined as the ratio of total output, if total output is defined by the production function.Acording to this definition,the total output expenential system by using the exponential system principle is that output index egualled the produt rate of integrated factor times input factors. The paper uses the exponential sysem method to measure the recent increas contribution of product factors to agriculture production.The result proves rational.
