摘要
用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,研制出抗绵羊肺炎支原体单克隆抗体,用ELISA方法对绵羊肺炎支原体病进行血清学诊断,并与IHA试验进行了比较。其阳性检出率,抗绵羊肺炎支原体ELISA法比IHA法高7个百分点。用此法对本地羊群的250份血清进行检查,阳性率为27.20%。结果表明,所建立的检测绵羊肺炎支原体抗体的ELISA,与IHA比较其敏感性、特异性及符合率均很高,检疫时应用简便易行,具有较高的实用价值。
The article introduces a monoclonal antibody (McAb) to mycoplasma pneumoniae of sheep produced by lymph ocyte hybridma technique An ELISA employing the McAb was used for diagnosis of the pneumonia mycoplasrnosis of sheep in comparison with indirect hemagglutination (IHA). Comparatively, the positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae of sheep by ELISA is 7% higher than that by IHA. 250 serum samples from native sheep were examined by the method and the result shows that the ELISA used for deleting antibody of mycoplasma pneumoniae of sheep is much higher then IHA in sensibility ,specificity and coincidence rate so the ELISA is considered to be a feasible method It is convenient and easy in practical use and has a comparatively high practical value
