摘要
在对前人研究工作进行了分析讨论的基础上,根据起伏背景红外图像的统计特性,提出了一种空间匹配滤波算法的改进算法.理论和实验结果表明,该方法对于抑制强起伏的红外背景是十分有效的.
The technique of background suppression is discussed on the basis of the previous works. According to the statistic characteristics of IR image with clutter background ,an improved spatial matched filter（SMF） is presented. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show the improved SMF can extract small target from IR background effectively.
