摘要
高校在大力发展教育事业的同时,出现了因规模扩大而使高校用地发展空间不足的问题。这已成为教育事业发展必须首先解决的突出矛盾。因此,扩大校园土地资源,调整校本部的建设规划,就成为学校的一项重要战略任务。本文在阐述高等学校新校区建设的必要性后,对高等学校新校区建设筹融资模式进行了分析,并做出了可供商榷的模式选择及建议。
With the development of higher education, spatial shortage stands out as a major obstacle, and as a solution, new campus construction is under way all over China. The present paper discusses the ways of raising fund and the financial models for this enormous project.
