LW400×1200型变频控制高速离心机,通过变频器和自动控制系统实现闭环控制,能够根据钻井液粘度、密度和排渣量的变化,实时数据采集离心机负载扭矩,自动调节供浆泵排量,保证排渣量和离心机的处理能力始终处于最大状态,实现恒排渣功能,从而得到最佳的处理效果。
It's developed successfully, which is the essential solid control equipment of drilling fluid in the oil field of well drilling. The actual parameters of the Model LW400×1200 of High-speed Centrifuge with automatic frequency control system and the delivery volume of the charge pump can be changed automati cally with the real time data collection of centrifugal load torque and treating capacity according to the actual condition of the technology of well drilling as well as in different layer and the different fluidity of well drilling ( include viscosity and density , content of solid ) and with the change of solid capacity. And it can realize closed-loop control through frequency converter and automatic control system, and can ensure that the solid capacity and centrifugal ability is in biggest state all along, and can get the best effect of. handling drilling fluid.
