摘要
从湖南省12个县、市采集分离烟草青枯病菌菌株56个.根据其致病性测定结果分为强、中、弱3个类群,分别占46.4%,16.1%和37.5%.大多数调查地点强、弱致病类群并存.对其中51个菌株进行生理生化测定,根据其对乳糖、麦芽糖、纤维二糖和甘露醇、山梨醇、卫茅醇的利用能力以及对硝酸盐的还原作用,判定其生物型分别属于生物型Ⅲ,Ⅲ-1,Ⅲ-2,Ⅲ-3,Ⅲ-4.
strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum gathered from 12 counties of Hunan province were classified into 3 groups of strong,middle and weak strains in the percentage of 37 5%,16 9% and 46 4% seperant according to their pathogenicity to the tobacco variety K326,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of 51 tested strains were determinded to belong to biotype Ⅲ,Ⅲ 1,Ⅲ 2,Ⅲ 3 and Ⅲ 4 separatedly according to their capacity of utilizing lactose,maltose,cellobiose and manuitol,sorbitol,duleitol and capacity of reducing KNO 3.
