摘要
以３－甲基－３－丁烯－１－醇为原料，经二氢吡喃醇保护反应、不对称硼氢化－氧化反应、脱保护基因反应合成了（Ｒ）－（＋）－２－甲基－１，４－丁二醇，总产率高达６３％。
In this paper, (R)-(+)-2-methyl-1, 4-butanediol was synthesized by protection of 3-methyl-3-buten-1-of with dihydropyran, asymmetric hydroborationoxidation and cleavage of the protecting group, the overall yield is about 63%.
