结合自贡鸿鹤化工股份有限公司氯碱厂的生产运行情况,提出优化系统设计及稳定运行,保证离子膜运行寿命的方法有:提高盐水质量,维持适宜操作条件,选择适宜电解槽,稳定电解运行各项指标。
Depending on the production situation of Chlor-Alkali Plant of Zigong Honghe Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.,, such methods of optimizing system design, steadily running and ensuring the running life of ion-exchange membrane are suggested as praising the brine quality, remaining the suitable operation conditions, selecting the suitable electrolyzer and steadying each index of electrolysis running.
