摘要
采用汽提-氧化法,对含硝酸酯废水进行了处理研究。分别讨论了影响汽提法和氧化法处理效果的各项因素。实验得到最佳条件:汽提法pH为值8 ̄10,汽液体积比0.2;H2O2氧化法为H2O2质量浓度7.7 ̄11g/L,H2O2与FeSO4.7H2O质量比2.5 ̄4,进水pH值4 ̄12,反应温度60℃,反应时间30min。此时化学需氧量去除率达97%,硝酸酯去除率可达100%,出水符合国家排放标准。
Treatment of nitrate wastewater by strip-H2O2 oxidation method was studied,The factors affecting strip and H2O2 oxidation treatment are discussed.The optimum reaction conditions obtained by the experiment are showed as follows:strip at pH 8-10, gas-liquid volume ratio 0.2,H2O2 oxidation at H2O2 7.7-11g/L, mass ratio 2.5-4 of H2O2 to FeSO4·7H2O, pH 4-12 of inlet water, the temperature 60℃,the time 30min,The removal rate of COD and nitrate can reach 97% and 100% respectively.The discharged water satisfies the state discharge standard.
