摘要
研究了ＺＤＭ－９５密封胶的制备方法和生产工艺，它是由羟基硅油，白炭黑、交联剂、催化剂等配制而成。着重讨论了羟基硅油分子量和交联剂添加量、白炭黑粒度对密封胶质量的影响，并对密封胶的物理和机械性能进行了测定。
This paper introduces a preparation process dZDM-95 room temperature vulcanization(RTV)organosilicon sealing glue. The glue is produced by mixing and blending hydroxyl-containing polydimethylsiloxane(HPDMS)with silica, coupling agent methyl triacetoxysilane in the presence of catalyst.The effect of molecular weight of HPDMS and the added amount of the coupling agent on quality of the glue is discussed emphatically. The physical and mechanical properties of the glue are also determined.
