摘要
对细旦ＦＤＹ（５６ｄｔｅｘ／４８ｆ）生产调度中遇到的一些生产技术问题进行了探讨．指出．干燥工艺条件及操作的稳定，对纺丝状况有较大的影响；纺丝温度、螺杆各区温度、联苯锅炉温度必须合理设定，拉伸、网络、卷绕工艺有一最佳范围，并探讨了影响卷统断头的主要因素及处理方法．
In the Paper, the producing technolopy is discussed for micro-PET FDY. It is very imporbot for spinning that the drying condition and operation is steady. The setting data of temperature must be proper for the melt, extruder and HTM-System. There is a optimun range for the draw ratio, tangling pressure and winding speed. The reason resulting yarn break-down is found, and the resolving method is put forward.
