摘要
研究了以甲苯、氯化苄为原料合成苄基甲苯的工艺,进行了催化剂的选择和研制、工艺条件试验、单苄基和双苄基甲苯比例的控制试验及复配制成C10l浸渍剂等项工作。获得了较佳的工艺条件,收率达93%以上。试验样品作为高压全膜电容器用浸渍剂,性能达到国际同类产品水平。
The synthesis of benzyltoluene from toluene and benzychloride was studied.The catalyst for the reaction was selected and prepared.The technological conditions,control over the ratio between mono and dibenzyltoluene and mixture of these two were studied.Proper technological Conditions were obtained.The total yield was over 93%.When used as an impregnating agent for high voltage all film capacitors,the properties of the samples are comparable to those of similar products abroad.
