摘要
论述了横切割头式掘进机的载荷谱测试方法，在对载荷信号进行了时域统计、功率谱分析与幅值域统计后，得到了这种掘进机的工作载荷谱．这些实测数据不仅对掘进机的结构改进和动态性能以及工作可靠性的提高有很大帮助，对其他新型更大功率机型的开发亦有重要的参考价值．
The measurement method of the force spectrum of a road header is presented in this paper. The force signal is analyzed in frequency and amplitude domain and then the work force spectrums of AM50 type road header is obtained. These measured data can be used not only for the improvement of the dynamic characteristics and work reliability of the present road headers but also for the design of new and larger power road headers.
