摘要本文运用经济学、博弈论等有关原理,推导出了在完全信息动态博弈下的跨国公司直接投资区位选择模型。该模型主要分析了市场容量、东道国税率、知识产权保护力度等因素对跨国公司直接投资区位选择的影响。最后,对我国政府在如何制定政策吸引外商直接投资方面给出了建议。 At first, according to the relevant theories of game and economics, this paper concludes the model about how transnational company chooseing the area for direct investment under dynamic game of perfect information. This model mainly analyses the affection of the factors-- market size, tax rate and protection of intellectual property fight, on transnational companies＇ selection of areas for direct investment. At last, the author gives some policy suggestion for our country on how to attract foreign investments.
