摘要
近年里发表的“物质生产与艺术生产是相平衡的”一类的观点是过于乐观和简单化的。物质生产发展与艺术发展的不平衡是绝对的。人类文艺的发展从“质”(永久的艺术魅力)方面讲不是一种不断的进步。平衡论、不断进步论忽视了经济繁荣对文艺发展影响的复杂性、负面牲。
In recent years, ideas as expressed in ＂material production and art production are balanced＂ are over-optimistic and simplistic. The imbalance is absolute. Art development, in terms of its ＂essence＂ （permanent artistic charm）, is not an ongoing process. Ideas of balance and on-going process overlook the complexity and negative effects that economic prosperity has over art development.
