摘要
介绍了不锈钢保温杯外胆的胀压成形工艺,对聚氨酯胀形凸模和金属凹模的设计作了探讨.聚氨酯凸模的外形必须具备使工件各部位始终保持施加均匀侧压力的条件,才能避免工件起皱;金属凹模的引导长度必须能包容聚氨酯凸模受压变形前的最大长度,才能使聚氨酯凸模在凹模腔内充分作用,金属凹模成形区的预成形段应使材料变形过程的阻力减少,使工件的形状充分成形.
The expansion-pressing forming technique of the outer glass liner of the stainless steel heat-preserving cup is described and the design of the polyurethane convex expansion mould and the metal concave mould is approached. The contour of the polyurethane convex mould should be such that every part of the workpiece can always be exerted by the uniform side-pressure in order to avoid the workpiece from crimpling. The leading length of the metal concave mould should be longer than the lOngest length of the polyurethane convex mould befere its pressed deformation, so that the convex mould can act sufficiently in the cavity of the metal mould. Besides, the pre ̄forming section of the forming zone of the metal concave mould should be so designed that the.resistance force in the material deforming process can be reduced. In this case, the workpiece can be sufficiently shaped.
