摘要
在含有硫酸铜的硫酸体系中,通过稳态动电位扫描和循环伏安扫描,研究了涂层钛阳极在不同pH值及不同温度下的稳态极化曲线.得出氢离子反应级数为—1/2,反应表观活化能大于25.12kJ/mol,表明电极过程为非扩散控制.并且观察到电极表面存在不可逆性强的铜反应区和放氧区.
The anode polarization curves under various pH and temperatures have been studied by the steady-state potentiodynamic scanning and cyclic voltammetry in the sulphuric acid system containing copper sulphate. It is shown that the order of the reaction of hydrogen ion is-1/2 and the apparent activation energy is higher than 25.12kJ/mol, indicating that diffusion is not the control step of the reaction. In addition,irreversible copper deposition-dissociation region and oxygen evolution region on the electrode surface have been observed.
