摘要
对氯化法制钛白中加热四氯化钛的方法进行了研究,提出了用电弧等离子体加热四氯化钛的新方法.通过试验表明,在四氯化钛气氛中是可以起弧的,并研制出一种新型的等离子装置,可形成稳定的复合气体等离子射流。以满足氯化法制钛白的工艺要求.
Study has been carried out on the heating method for titanium tetrachloride in the production of titanium dioxide by chlorination and a new process for heating titanium tetrachloride with arc plasma is proposed. Testing results indicate that arc can be started under the atmosphere of titanium tetrachloride. In addition, a new type of plasma device has been developed, with which a steady compound gas plasma jet can be formed to meet the technological requirement for producing TiO2 by chlorination.
