摘要 目的探讨氨溴索(AMB)对内毒素(LPS)诱导的大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)的防治作用。方法观察AMB对ALI大鼠动脉氧分压(PaO2)、肺组织湿/干比值(W/D)和肺组织病理改变的影响,并采用免疫组化和RT-PCR检测AMB对ALI大鼠肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A(SP-A)表达影响。结果AMB可显著提高ALI大鼠PaO2、减小肺组织W/D、减轻ALI大鼠肺组织损伤、促进肺组织SP-A表达。结论AMB可能通过促进SP-A表达对ALI有一定防治作用。 Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of ambroxol (AMB) on acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and its mechanism, Methods The change of arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), wet/ dry (W/D) ratio of lung weight and pathology of lung tissue were examined;the change of suffactant protein A (SP-A protein), SPA mRNA expression were measured with immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method respectively. Results The administration of AMB increased PaO2 significantly, decreased W/D, alleviated the pulmonary tissues damage, and increased the expression of SP-A, Conclusions AMB has a protective effect on ALI by through increasing the expression of SP-A.
