摘要
以粉末冶金和压力加工方法制备掺 Si,Al,K 的(掺杂)钼组织及纯钼丝。采用金相显微镜、电子拉伸机和扫描电镜等手段对上述两种坯条及不同温度退火后的丝材进行研究。结果表明,掺杂能改善坯条的组织性能,提高丝材的抗拉强度及再结晶温度,改善丝材再结晶室温脆性,掺杂钼丝在再结晶后形成一种长宽比大的大晶粒组织,其性质明显优于纯钼丝。
Pure molybdenum wire and molybdenum wire doped with Si,Al,K have been prepared by powder metallurgy and metal working methods.The microstructure and properties were investigated by using metallographic microcope,multifunctional electronic tension trester and SEM.It is shown that Si,Al,K can improve and raise the properties,tensile strength and the recrystal temperature of the molybdenum wires respectively.The room temperature embrittlement of doped molybdenum wire annealed at high temperature is improved.The final structure obtained consists of an interlocked microstructure with large aspect ratio,which properties is much better than pure molybdenum wires.
