摘要 重钢六厂20t钢包采用喂铝丝法与投入铝块和硅铝钡铁合金进行终脱氧的试验结果表明,钢包喂铝丝较投入铝块和硅铝钡铁合金更能有效地节约金属铝,降低钢中氧和夹杂物含量,提高铝收得率。硅铝钡铁合金有一定脱氧效果,在降低钢中夹杂物、改善钢水流动性方面优于铝块。就以上结果进行了分析讨论。 This article introduces the deoxidation tests by adding of Al-wire, Al block and Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy in a 20 t ladle,Experiments show that the process of feeding Al-wire into the ladle has achieved very remarkable results in saving of Al metal, reduction of[O]and inclusions in steel as well as improvement of the recovery rate of Al.Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy has certain results in deoxidation and it is more superior over the Al-block in reduction of inclusions in steel and improvement of molten steel fluidity.The above results are also analyzed and disscussed.
