摘要
介绍了气象短信业务的概念,重点论述在气象部门内部建立气象短信服务平台的运作技术原理、业务平台的主要功能,分析了气象短信平台与移动、联通和电信的各种协议的接入问题,提出了解决办法,并给出了相应的网络结构,解决了各种不同通信平台接入时的兼容性问题,从而实现了在气象部门内部通过Internet或数据专线进行气象短信的接收和发送,同时还实现了气象短消息平台与气象语音121服务平台的相互衔接。
