摘要
本系统网络采用PC系列微机作为中心主机,执行整个系统的组织和管理,向整个网络中的数控机床发送指令。以数控机床内置单片机8031作为下位机,组建数控加工局域网。网络采用异步串行通讯方式,采用RS-232C至RS-485的转换接口电路。所组建的系统具有可靠性高、功能灵活和联网的数控设备多等特点。
In this system, the series of PC as the central main computer were adopted to organize and manage the overall system, and the instruction was sent to the numerical control machines of network, in the local area network, the 8031 model computer was introduced as the CPU of basal machine. The asynchronous serial model as the communication method and RS-232C to RS-485 were used in transformation interface electric circuit. The network system could be evaluated having higher reliability, far transmitting range and wore numerical control equipments.
