摘要
目的探讨显微镜直视下视网膜脱离手术方法及临床疗效。方法对21例孔源性视网膜脱离眼,先预置硅胶块的固定缝线或/和环扎带,在手术显微镜下行视网膜下放液、冷凝,填压缝合。结果视网膜完全复位20眼,1眼复发,有效率为95.2%。结论显微镜下视网膜脱离手术安全可靠,简单方便,直观,并发症少,成功率高。
Objective To explore the operational procedure and clinical effect of scleral buckling under surgical microscope. Methods The methods using scleral indentation combined with cryoretinopexy under microscope were applied in 21 eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. First, bucking and/or circling were performed, and then under surgical microscope the drainage of subretinal fluid and retinal cryopexy through sclera were performed. Results 20 eyes got complete retinal reattachment and one eye was failed . The effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusion The retinal detachment under surgical microscope is reliable, safe, simple and convenient, easily observable with less complications and higher effective rate.
