摘要
文章给出了一个确定突出敏感指标及其临界值的新方法、并介绍了实际应用的情况。该方法的实质是用数理统计的手段分析指标反映突出危险的程度，从而选择敏感指标；而后，根据指标数值的离散情况确定安全合理的临界值。
Abstract The paper presents a new method to determine the index of outburst sensitivity and its critical value as well as the practical application. The essence of the method is to analyze the indexes reflecting the risk degree of ouburst by means of mathematical statistics so as to select the index of sensitivity.The safe and rational critical value can be determined according to the descrete state of index values.
