摘要
目的:由于类风湿性关节炎患者联合使用控制病程药半年以上,血沉持续增快,类风湿因子居高不下,C反应蛋白持续阳性者有病情反复或加重的可能,对这样一部分患者加服中药诱导疾病完全缓解;方法:所选32例患者均为确诊的类风湿性关节炎患者,疗程结束时对照用药前后晨僵时间、关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数、血沉、抗“O”、C反应蛋白等项指标的变化,并经统计学方法处理;结果:本组观察病人32例,临床治愈9例(28.13%),显效13例(40.63%),有效7例(21.86%),无效3例(9.38%),总有效率为90.63%;结论:本研究证明中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎,疗效优于单纯使用西药者,治疗前后经统计学处理,差异非常显著(P<0.05);值得推广。
Objective： Combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to treat the disease of Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA）. After taking the western medicine for half an year,the ESR of the RA patients continues speeding up, as well as their RF, still keep a high level. Besides, the illness of some patients whose CRP presents positive steadily might be reverse or get worse. In this situation, to take some chinese medicine can relax their disease completely. Method： According to this, 32 RA patients were chosen. We treated them with Chinese medicine and western medicine together for a period At the end of the treatment ,we compared the changes of the following index before and after taking the chinese medicine：The time of their ankylosis in the morning, the number of pains and swellings of their arthrosis, ESR, ASO, CRP and so on. Then summarize the changes statistically.Result： The results of the 32 RA patients： Cured： 9cases（28.13% ）, Improved： 13cases（40.63%） ; Effective： 7eases（21.86%）, Ineffective ：3cases（9.38 % ）, The general rate of effective： 90.63 %. Conclusion： the research we did above proved that the therapy of combining the chinese medicine and western medicine to treat RA is a more effective way than the therapy which use the western medicine only. It proved statistically that the conditions of the patients have an obvious difference before and after taking the chinese medicine （ P 〈 0.05）. It is worth popularizing in the clinical practice.
