低温锻炼对冷胁迫下黄瓜幼苗保护性酶的影响 被引量:49

Effects of Cold Acclimation on Protective Enzymes of Cucumber Seedling under Cold Stress

摘要 以山农5号(耐寒品种)、津优1号(较耐寒品种)和津春4号(冷敏感品种)为试材,研究了不同低温锻炼对冷胁迫下黄瓜幼苗几种保护性酶和几种逆境物质的影响。结果表明,经过4℃、6℃和8℃低温锻炼的黄瓜幼苗,能明显提高冷胁迫下黄瓜幼苗SOD、POD、CAT酶活性,其中,6℃和8℃处理的效果要好于4℃处理。冷胁迫下,经过4℃、6℃和8℃低温锻炼的黄瓜幼苗,其可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均高于对照。 With the cucumber breeds Shannong No. 5 (Chilling-Tolerant), Jinyou No. 1 (Mesne Chilling-Tolerant ) and Jinchun No. 4(Chilling-Sensitivity) as experimental material, effects of cold acclimation on several protective enzymes and stress matters of cucumber seedling were studied under cold stress. The results showed that marked increases of SOD, POD and CAT were observed in cucumber seedling subject to appropriate low temperature treatments, which included 4℃,6℃ and 8℃. Among those treatment, the cucumber seedlings under 6℃ and 8℃,appeared better than those under 4℃. The low temperature treatment also increased soluble sugar and proline content.
