摘要
目的调查旨在通过护理学生对临床护理教师课堂教学的评价,发现和评价课堂教学活动中存在的问题,采取针对性的改进措施最终达到提高课堂教学质量。方法随机选择10位护理教师,发放调查表200份,编制的临床护理教师课堂教学评价表内容主要包括教学态度、教学水平、教学方法和教学效果4个方面,包含20个小项,评价标准分A、B、C、D、E共5个等级。分别对护理本科、专科、中专不同层次的学生进行了问卷调查。结果护理教师课堂教学评价总分为(80.5±2.4)分,其中教学态度得分为(22.2±2.3)分,教学水平得分为(25.2±3.2)分,教学方法得分为(20.0±1.7)分,教学效果得分为(11.2±1.5)分。结论临床护理教师课堂教学存在许多不尽人意之处。存在的主要问题有备课不到位、与学生沟通交流不够、专业英语普遍较差、表达能力不强和知识深度、广度有限等,反应了护理师资队伍整体素质有待提高。
Objective To evaluate the problems of clinical nursing teaching through the investigation of students in teaching cours of nursing teachers, and take action to improve methods and increase quality of teaching. Methods Ten nursing teachers were randomly Selected. 200 hundred investigating tablets were sent out. There were four aspects in the investigating tablets, including teaching attitudes, levels of teaching, teaching methods and effects (they were also divided into 20 subaspects). Evaluating standards were divided into A, B, C, D and E. The investigating tablets were sent to the different grading students. Results The research showed the total score is up to 80.5±2.4, including teaching attitudes 22.2±2.3, levels of teaching 25.2±3.2, teaching methods 20.0±1.7 and effects 11.2±1.5. Conclusion There were many problems in clinical nursing teaching, mainly including inadequate preparing teaching plans, few communications with students, bad medical English, weak expressions and lack of knowledge (its depth and width). We must improve nursing teacher's qualities in many aspects.
