微波辐射四氯化锡催化合成邻苯二甲酸二苄酯 被引量:4

Synthesis of Dibenzyl Phthalate Using Stannic Chloride as Catalyst by Microwave Radiation

摘要 采用微波辐射技术,以邻苯二甲酸酐和苯甲醇为原料、SnCl4·5H2O作催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二苄酯。通过对微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸物质的量比以及催化剂用量等影响酯化率的因素进行讨论,确定了最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比7∶1,催化剂用量0·3g,微波辐射功率288W,辐射时间2min。酯化率达到99·0%。 Dibenzyl phthalate is directly synthesized based on phthalic anhydride and benzalcohol as raw materials, stannic chloride as catalyst via microwave radiation technology. Through discussing the factors influencing on the yield of esterification such as microwave irradiation power, irradiation time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid, dosage of catalyst and so on, the optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows: microwave power is 288 W, irradiation time is 2 min, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 7:1, and the dosage of stannic chloride is 0.3g. The yield of esterification is up to 99%.
