1992年在哥本哈根修正了蒙特利尔议定书，该议定书规定1996丰1月1日以后全面禁用CFC。HFC－134a将作为汽车空调的制冷剂，来取代传统的CFC－12（即R12）制冷剂。在国外，已开始大量将这种环保制冷剂用于汽车空调。全面介绍了HFC－134a的主要特性，指出了在汽车空调使用中应注意的事项。
The Montreal protocol was modified in Copenhagen in year 1992,which stipulated that CFC will be completely forbidden to be wsed after Jan. 1, 1996. HFC-134a will be used as refrigeration agent for motor vehicle air conditioning to replace the traditional CFC-12(e. i. R12)refrigeration agent. This kind environment protecting refrigeration agent has already been massively used for motor vehicle air conditioning in foreigr countries. This article presents mair properties of HFC-134a all around,and points out items to be noted in application to motor vehicle air conditioning.
