摘要
在汽车轻量化过程中，轻金属铝的应用越来越多。就整车质量而言，车身占其总质量的50％以上，因而减轻车身质量尤为重要。介绍了国内外轿车车身开发中铝材的应用情况，主要论述了铝材对车身结构的适应性、车身用铝材的开发、铝车身的结构设计和车身用铝的技术问题。
More and more light metal aluminum are used in the course of weight reducing of cars. As a body shares more than 50% of the mass of a whole car,it is particularly important to reduce mass of body. The article presents situation of using aluminum in car body development at home and abroad,mainly expounds suitability of aluminum for body structure,development of aluminum stock for body use,struc tural design of car body and technological topics of aluminum for car body.
