摘要
在分析了国际现有跨流域调水工程普遍特征的基础上,结合我国两个已建和拟建工程特例,对面向水质型缺水问题的跨流域调水工程的基本特性进行了剖析,进而重点阐述了实施跨流域调水解决水质型缺水问题需要引起重视的问题,并提出了面向水质型缺水社会需求的跨流域调水工程的思考和对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the general characters of international existing trans-basin water diversion project, combined with two project samples constructed and ready to construct, this paper analyzed the fundamental characteristic of trans-basin water diversion project responding to the pollution-induced water shortage problem, then emphasized the issues that must be regarded for carrying out trans-basin water diversion to solve pollution-induced water shortage problem, finally brought out the thought and countermeasure suggestions. for trans-basin water diversion project responding to the demand of pollution-induced water shortage society.
