本文介绍了意大利蒙特公司生产腈纶技术。从丙烯腈的聚合、聚合体的干燥、纺丝原液的制备、纺丝、拉伸、卷曲、切断、打包至溶剂的回收和制取等工艺流程、工艺参数及其设备——作了介绍,最后归纳了该公司腈纶生产技术的特点。
A brief Introduction about the histroy of acrylic fiber production of Montefiber Co. Italy as well as the production line, technological parameters and the equipments of acrylics production including 'polymerization of acrylonitrile, drying of polymer, dope preparation, spinning, drawing, curling, cutting, baling and solvent recovering etc., the fea tures of production techique of this company are sumtharized finally.
