摘要 介绍了采用初始磁导率法和扫频共振法对发动机凸轮轴及曲轴铸造质量进行综合检测的原理和方法,研制出的QJC-B型和QJC-D型球铁质量检测仪并应用于生产,取得了令人满意的效果。该检测仪不仅能检测铸态球铁的珠光体含量和球化率,还能检测铁素体含量,改换传感器,还能检测任何形状的铸态球铁零件,并且具有精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强、检测后工件无剩磁、功耗低、使用简便及检测结果可靠等优点。 The paper presents principle and method of comprehensive inspection of foundry quality for camshaft and crankshaft of model CA488 engine by means of initial magnetic permeability method and sweeping frequency resonance method,which result in a satisfactory achievement that model QJC-B and model QJC-D nodular iron quality inspection meters have been developed and used in production. These meters not only can inspect content of pearlite and nodulizing rate of nodular iron in casting state,but also inspect fenite content. If the sensor is changed,the meter can inspect also nodular iron parts of any shape in casting state. And the meters also possess advantages of high accuracy,high speed and high anti-interference, no residual magnetism remained on inspected parts,low power consumption,eesy to operate and reliable inspecting outcome,etc.
