摘要
将实数域上的Ｃｏｃｈｒａｎ定理推广到环上，同时证明了在环上其逆定理成立。
The thesis has extended the Cochran theorem in the domain of the integral number to the ring,meanwhile,it has demonstrated the existence of its converse theorem on the ring.As a result,it has come to the chief conclusion of the Cochran theorems converse theorem in the domain of the integral number.
