摘要
国家档案局2000年提出了推进档案信息化建设的任务,2002年发布了《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》,2005年又发布了《关于加强企业档案信息化建设的意见》,推动我国档案管理事业进入了一个以信息化建设为重点的历史发展新阶段,各行各业各单位都在探索档案信息化建设的新方法、新手段、新模式。本文结合属于勘察设计行业的本单位“企业数字档案馆”建设的实践,分析、探讨了企业数字档案馆建设的思路模式。
In 2000, national archives bureau brought forward the task of archives information construction and in 2002 promulgated the National Archives Information Construction Implement Program and in 2005 promulgated the Opinions about Strengthening Enterprise Archives Information Construction, which promote our national archives management to a historical new stage, Now every walk of life is searching the new methods and new mode. This paper will discuss and analyze the de- velopment mode of enterprise digital archives construction combining the practice of enterprise archives library construction in Shandong Electrical Power Engineering Consulting Institute.
