摘要 采用0.2%柠檬酸钠和0.2%硫酸钠水溶液作为原子吸收法测定血清中痕量够的介质,能有效抑制共存元素的干扰,并使铬的吸光度有较大的增值。它能克服通常所采用的有机溶剂萃取预处理手段的明显缺点,而且简便快速。本法灵敏度为0.056ug/ml/1%。检出限为0.007ug/ml,变异系数为2.7%。 Aqueous solution of 0.2% sodium citrate and 0.2% sodium sulfate was used as medium for the determination of trace amount of chromium in serum by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This method has the advantaze of restricting interference due to coexistence of other elements, increasing the light absorption by chromium, eliminating the marked drawbacks arising fronpretreatment by organic solvent extraction usually employed and thus being simple and quiek in operation. The sensitivity, detectable limit and coefficient of variation effected with the use of this method are 0.056ug/ml/1%, 0.0007ug/ml and 2.7% respectively.
