目的:探讨药品零售业建立诚信品牌的必要性及策略。方法:阐述诚信的一般含义及诚信在医药行业的特殊含义,分析打造药店诚信品牌的意义,提出打造药店诚信品牌的策略。结果与结论:在当今药品零售市场日益激烈的竞争中,药店只有加强诚信建设,打造诚信品牌,才能求得生存和发展。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the necessity and strategies to establish credibility in drug retailing stores.METHODS: The general meaning of credibility and its particular meaning in medicine were explained. The significance of establishing credibility in drug stores was analyzed, and the relevant strategies were suggested,RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Now in the vigorous market competition, only through establishing credibility can drug stores survive and develop.
