摘要
０．００５％大隆毒饵对家栖鼠的无选择性试验结果表明，摄入纯药量为０．１～０．２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，毒鼠率为１００％；有选择性试验的选食系数为１～１．２２，毒鼠率为９０～１００％。现场试验，毒饵消耗率为８５．５％，粉迹法鼠密度由２７．７７％降至０．８５％，灭鼠率达９６．９４％。
The nonchoice feeding tests of 0.005% Brodifacoum bait against domestic rodents were conducted in laboratory. The results showed that the dose was 0.1～0.25mga. i./kg,the death rate was 100%. The ingestive coefficients from the choice feeding,tests were 1～1.22,the death rates were 90～100%.The field test of 0.005% Brodifacoum bait was conducted. The feeding rate was 85.5%. The density decreased from 27.77%to 0.85%(powder track method),the killing rate was up to 96.94%.
