摘要
分析了工件成形过程中表面拉伤问题及其产生的原因,并对其解决方法进行了讨论,重点介绍了表面处理,特别是热扩散法碳化物覆层处理(以下简称TD覆层处理)技术在拉伸类模具上的应用。
The reason of surface scratch during the forming process of workpiece was analyzed and the solution was discussed. The application of surface treatment technology, in particular thermal diffusion method carbide covering treatment (TD covering treatment for short) in drawing dies was introduced in detail.
