摘要
分析了注射瓶坯的成型特点,设计了注射瓶坯模具,介绍了模具的分型机构及脱模方式。经生产验证,模具结构合理,具有一定的推广价值。
The characteristic of the injection molding for blank bottle was analyzed. The injection mold was designed; the parting mechanism and demolding method were introduced. The mold proved practically feasible in structure and could be worthy of recommendation.
