摘要
介绍了逆向工程中的点云数据获取、数据预处理、曲线曲面拟合、实体建模的基本理论和方法,并举例说明了利用Pro/E软件中基于逆向工程的点云数据处理工具对其进行数据处理和建模方法。同时也对各种处理和建模方法的适用场合加以对比,提出了针对不同产品外形的解决方案。
The acquisition and Pre-processing of point-clouds data, the fitting of curve and camber, the basic theory and method of solid modeling in reverse engineering were introduced. The point-clouds data processing tools based on reverse engineering in Pro/ E was applied to do data processing and modeling. Comparison was made among the appropriate situations for different processing and modeling approach, and then the solution to different product profiles was put forward.
