New Type of Intelligent AC Contactors for Making and Breaking Condensor Bank

摘要 采用M atlab仿真软件对接触器在线路中投切电容器组过程中产生的涌流进行了分析和研究,提出了全新的控制方法。设计了一种价格合理、使用简便、性能指标优良的智能交流接触器,改善了目前无功补偿领域中采用接触器投切电容器的诸多缺点。该接触器采用3台单极小型交流接触器控制三相电路中的电容器组投切工作,实现了零电压投切,有效地减少了线路中出现的涌流,极大地提高了接触器的各项性能指标,提高了投切电容的可靠性。 The surge current of making and breaking of AC contactor for condenser bank circuit were analyzed and studied by means of Matlab simulation software. And a new controlling method was proposed. The intelligent AC contactor with advantages of competitive price, simple operation, excellent performance index was designed, which overcomes many shortcoming of making and breaking of AC contactor for condenser bank circuit in the existing reactive power compensation. By using three one-phase miniature contactors to control making and braking process for condenser bank, the surge current in circuit was reduced effectively, upgrading the performance indexes and reliability.
