摘要
介绍了面向信号的软件平台,重点阐述了IVI规范和类ATLAS测试程序接口的设计,真正实现了测试程序与仪器无关。并以示波器实现数据采集功能为例,详细说明了在面向信号的环境中,自动测试系统TPS开发的详细步骤。
This paper introduced the software platform of ATS based on signal-oriented and discussed the design of M driver and test program interface function. TPS designed on kernel of this platform is independent to the hardware of ATS. Developing TPS of ATS based on signal-oriented was described in detail with an application of oscilloscope.
