摘要
提出了一种基于三坐标测量机视觉测量技术应用在丝杆测量中的新方法。本方法的特点是不需要将丝杆抬起升角角度就可实现测量,给出了在螺纹轴截面和正交投影间基准转换的关系式,并以此讨论分析了补偿量。本方法在测量时丝杆无需旋转升角角度,减少了对夹具的要求,使测量简单易行,大大提高了工作效率。
This paper presents a new method for nil based on machine vision technique on coordinate measurement machine （CMM） .The advantage of the method is that snail dose not needed to be installed by a helix angle.The transformation relstionship from the screw axial section to its orthogonal projection and the compensation are given.The method reduces the requirement of elaine. Opration is easy and efficient in measurement of snail.
