摘要
本文报导5例中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤,位于大脑半球者3例,后颅凹者2例。术后加放疗病情好转随访3年余生活能自理者1例,单纯手术的4例均于术后六个月死亡。讨论了本瘤的命名,好发部位及生长方式,病程,临床特点,治疗及子后。本瘤病程短,恶性程度高,对放射治疗敏感,及早取得病理诊断后进行放疗,可延长病人存活期。
5 cases of lymphomas of the central nervous system are reported with pathologic diagnosis. Three cases cecurred in the cerebral hemispheres and two in the posterior fossa. one case has lived a useful life over 3 years after combined treatment with operation and radiotherapy. The other 4 died within 6 months after treatment with surgery only. The authers reviewed the terminology, the site of cceurrenee and form, the presenting signs and systoms of this type of tumor occurring in the central nervous system. Because of the efficacy of radiotherapy in lymphomas, it is important to obtain tissue as quickly as possible to establish the diagnosis. That may prolong the survival time.
