摘要
通过对造纸企业的行业特点、面临的问题和ERP实施的风险,探讨造纸企业ERP项目效益产生的根源与评估方法,为造纸企业导入ERP项目提供参考。
Nowadays there is no evaluation system and specific index to evaluate the application result of ERP which makes the enterprise run a great investment risk. This article analyzes the characteristics and problems of paper industry and the risk of implementation of ERP. The benefit origin and resultant benefit evaluation method of ERP program are discussed. It offers the reference to the enterprise for entry of ERP.
