摘要
对科技企业孵化器的运营模式在我国的发展状况进行了介绍,分析了其中存在着的一些问题,如:投资主体单一,软件服务体系欠缺,缺乏有效的管理团队等,针对这些问题,并从投资模式、管理模式和服务模式上对孵化器的运营模式进行了构建。
This essay introduces the operation mode of enterprise incubators, and analyzes some problems——the principal part of investment is simplistic;the service system is weak and the lack of effective management team and so on. The essay designs the operation mode by the investment mode, the management mode and the service mode.
