摘要 盐酸西替利嗪是羟嗪在人体内的活性代谢产物,它具有多种抗过敏作用。关于它的合成路线已有很多报道:早期都以1-[(4-氯苯基)苯甲基]哌嗪为起始原料进行合成;近期发展包括2方面,一是在原有的基础上对合成路线进行改进,二是选用新原料,采用新工艺进行合成。综述了合成路线及其优缺点。 Cetirizine hydrochloride is an active metabolized product of hydroxyl-ethyl piperizine in human body, and it has a lot of mechanisms of antiallergy action. There has been a great many reports about its synthetic methods. All the early methods are that cetirizine hydrochloride is synthesized by the initiative material that named 1-[(4-chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]piperizinc. In the near future, the development of the methods will involve two aspects. One is to improve the early synthetic methods based on initiative material; the other is to choose new material and new technics. In this paper, its synthetic methods, the advantages and the shortcomings of these methods are summarized.
