摘要
在借鉴古今中外环境道德思想的基础上,提出了现代环境道德的框架体系,它是由种际公平、人际公平和代际公平三部分构成,概括了人与自然、人与人和当代人与后代人之间的环境道德规范。教育与宣传、法制建设和公众参与是培养现代环境道德的基本途径。
This paper puts forward the modem environmental moral frame consisting of race - to - race justice, people - to - people justice and generation - to - generation justice, and generalizes environmental moral criteria between mankind and nature, people and people, the former generation and the latter generation. Education, propaganda, legal construction and people＇s participation are basic approaches to cultivating modem environmental moral.
